Explore our Comprehensive Birth Course
To compliment Nona Prenatal Yoga and include partners, consider our Nona Mind-Body Birth Education course. Most hospital-based classes are designed to prepare you for hospital protocol—not for the experience of giving birth. Parents often leave without the tools they need to navigate pain, communicate with providers, understand hospital policies, or receive meaningful support from their partner.
At Nona, we do things differently.
Our childbirth education is evidence-based, inclusive, and grounded in real-world experience. Developed by a licensed perinatal therapist and retired doula, Nona curriculums prepare you for all types of births—at home, in hospitals, and in birth centers.
